- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Rural Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture projects, climate programs, carbon projects, or rural field operations. :
- Hands-on experience working with farmers, field teams, and extension systems.
- Exposure to carbon credits, regenerative agriculture, biochar , or sustainability projects is a strong advantage.
- It is mandatory to have own bike and a valid driving license as the role will require travel across the villages
