Job description : Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute PR strategies for clients and in-house brands.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and community leaders.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, statements, and communication materials.
- Coordinate media coverage, interviews, press conferences, and events.
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely communication and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and partnerships.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required.
- Work closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Generate leads and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers are welcome but few years of experience in PR, media relations, communications, or branding would be great.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of digital media, social media trends, and content marketing.




- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Experience working with media agencies, brands, or news organizations is preferred.
