About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source and procure raw materials, engineering components, steel products, industrial consumables, machine spares, tools, and equipment.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors while maintaining robust relationships with existing suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams for procurement planning and execution.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production disruptions.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement costs.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor contracts, and documentation.
- Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

Additional Responsibilities (For Procurement Manager)





- Lead procurement strategy and supplier management initiatives.
- Drive cost-saving and process improvement projects.
- Manage annual procurement budgets and procurement planning.
- Conduct vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contract management.
- Mentor and guide procurement team members.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for strategic sourcing.

Educational Qualification

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience :

- Procurement: 1 year (preferred)
- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
