Job Title: Branch Manager

Training Location : Chandigarh Job Location After Training :Bathinda Training Duration : 10-15 Days (Unpaid) Training Support : ₹500 per day for accommodation and meals (settled on the last day of training) Agreement : 2-year employment agreement

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage the team, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete branch operations and daily activities.
- Lead and supervise the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Handle client escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Drive sales and ensure team conversions.
- Maintain reports, inventory, and coordination with head office.




- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the branch.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in Branch Management / Team Handling .
- Strong background in Sales and Operations .
- Experience in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to undergo 10-15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh .
- Ready to relocate to Bathinda after training.
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
