Area Sales Manager - FMCG (Confectionery / Namkeen / Snacks) Experience : 5 To 10 years

Responsibilities :

- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage distributor networks across the assigned territory.
- Appoint new distributors and strengthen market penetration.
- Monitor secondary sales and ensure product availability in the market.
- Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers and Sales Executives.
- Execute trade promotions, schemes, and merchandising activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts and submit periodic performance reports.

Requirements :

- 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Confectionery, Namkeen, Snacks, or Food Products.
- Proven experience in distributor and channel management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Sales Officer - FMCG (Confectionery / Namkeen / Snacks)

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Responsibilities :

- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors and ensure efficient stock movement.
- Expand retail coverage and increase product visibility.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Execute promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.




- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain distributor relationships.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements :

- 5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Confectionery, Namkeen, Snacks, or related categories.
- Experience handling distributors and retail channels.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Sales Executive - FMCG (Confectionery / Namkeen / Snacks)

Experience :5 years

Responsibilities :

- Visit retailers and distributors regularly within the assigned territory.
- Generate orders and ensure product availability at outlets.
- Increase market coverage and onboard new retailers.
- Execute merchandising and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Track sales performance and report market feedback.
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements :

- 5 years years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in Confectionery, Namkeen, Snacks, or Food Products.
- Knowledge of local markets and retail channels.
- Good communication and selling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
