Ensure that principles of Valuable Laboratory practices are followed.

- Prepare analytical reports.
- Check the calibration status of instruments before the start of analysis.
- Responsible for maintaining Reference Microbial culture.
- Responsible for preparation of sub-cultures from Reference Culture.
- Carry out periodical calibration of instruments.
- Carry out validation of various processes associated in the microbiology lab.
- In case of OOS, immediately report to Manager QC/Designee and assist in the investigation.
- Responsible for updating instrumental logs immediately after analysis or while carrying out activity
- Responsible for maintaining various records related to Microbiology Section.
- Responsible for maintaining stock of dehydrated media.




- Carry out environmental monitoring of microbiology lab & manufacturing premises.
- Carry out routine analysis of water.
- Carry out periodical analysis of compressed air.
- Carry out Microbiological analysis of RM/Bulk/Stability as per the laid down specification and testing procedures.
- To check the microbiological analytical data (ATDs and log book).
- To prepare SOPs and Analytical test data sheets,
- Any other assignment allocated by Manager QC.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
