SALARY : ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month + performance bonus ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a 26-centre diagnostic imaging and pathology network operating across Gujarat under brands including Usmanpura Imaging Centre, Pixel Diagnostics, Airmeds Pathology Labs, and Urja Diagnostics.

We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer who uses AI tools to execute, automate, and scale our presence across Meta (Facebook + WhatsApp) and Instagram. You will own content creation, paid ads, and community engagement — and report directly to the founder. WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Plan, create, and publish Instagram Reels, carousels, and stories — including short health awareness videos in Hindi and Gujarati
- Run and optimise Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns using Ads Manager — including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management
- Manage and automate WhatsApp Business broadcasts and chatbot flows via WATI or similar platforms
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut AI, Meta Advantage+) to speed up scripting, captioning, creative production, and ad copy
- Track performance — reach, CPL, ROAS, CTR — and submit weekly reports to management
- Coordinate with centre heads and the sales team for local promotions, offers, and campaign launches
- Maintain brand consistency across all 26 centres and multiple sub-brands WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR




- 1-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) independently
- Working knowledge of at least 2-3 AI tools for content or advertising (Canva AI, CapCut, ChatGPT, Meta Advantage+, etc.)
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or tools like WATI / Interakt
- Strong written communication in English and Gujarati/Hindi
- Basic understanding of healthcare or B2C service marketing is a plus
- Self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision and deliver on deadlines TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW
