Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for sales generation through excellent relationship building skills
- Responsible for handling clients' queries and to provide excellent customer service.
- Follow-up enquiries, quotations, payment after sales, relationship building with customer
- Maintain and update operational records and logs
- Coordinate & Work with the sales team and managers on issues concerning sales and customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending quotations and POs
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Use Microsoft Excel , Word , and Outlook for day-to-day operations and communication

Skills Required :

- Must be committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Problem-solving skills are required.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge about the products like CRM, MS Office, MS Outlook, etc.
- Excellent team management skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
