Digital Marketing Executive - Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads
- Monitor and improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), CTR, and ROAS
- Build retargeting funnels and audience segmentation strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with sales team to track lead quality and conversion rates
- Manage landing page optimization and A/B testing
- Handle basic SEO activities (on-page optimization, keyword research)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (Performance-focused)
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and funnel metrics




- Experience handling monthly ad budgets
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic tracking setup
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of Canva or creative coordination
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Compensation

- Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
