Job Title : Tool & Die Maker

Location : Moraiya Ahmedabad Department : Tool Room Reports To : Manager **Nos. Required:

- 3 Nos.**

Salary : 3.00 LPA To 6.50 LPA

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Manufacture, assemble, repair, and maintain dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures as per drawings/specifications.
- Operate CNC, milling, lathe, grinding, and other machine tools for tool/die making.
- Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, and modifications to improve tool & Die performance and reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models .




- Ensure all dies and tools meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy .
- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the life of dies/tools.
- Support production teams in resolving tool-related issues during manufacturing.
- Maintain documentation of tool & Die history, modifications, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in tool room operations.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Robust knowledge of tool & die making, machining processes, and materials .
- Proficiency in operating conventional and CNC machines .
- Good understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) .
- Ability to work with CAD/CAM software (added advantage).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience :

- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / NTTF / IGTR ( Fitter & Mechanical ) :

- 2-3 years of experience in tool & die making

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
