Job Summary :

- We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end export logistics operations, shipping documentation, coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams. The role involves ensuring timely shipments, compliance, cost control, and effective team management.

- Key Responsibilities :

- Manage export & domestic logistics operations from booking to delivery.- Oversee export documentation: Invoice, PL, BL, COO, SLI, VGM, MSDS, etc.- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines & transporters.- Track shipments, monitor vessel schedules, and resolve operational issues.- Negotiate freight rates and maintain vendor performance.- Ensure customs compliance, LC documentation, and export incentive schemes.
- Lead logistics & documentation team; conduct performance reviews & MIS reporting.
- Improve logistics processes, reduce delays, and optimize costs.
