Job description : About the Role Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports
Required Skills :
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills :
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques :
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of HR tools / ATS systems
