Job Description - Social Media Manager

Position : Social Media Manager Location : Surat(on-site) Experience : 2-4Years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage and handle all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, reach, and conversions.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for creatives and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement organically and through paid ads.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign optimization.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
