Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across India

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Requirements :

- Experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Location : Girish Park, Kolkata Working Days : Monday to Saturday Industry : Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Company : Karuna Group

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
