1. Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
1. Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
2. Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
3. Ensure timely closure of positions
Requirements :
1. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
1. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
2. Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing 4.Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
