Job Opening: IT Recruiter (Non-IT Hiring Focus/ Manufacturing)

Location : Bandra West, Mumbai (Bandra West) Experience Required : 6+ Years Industry Preference : Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Employment Type : Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles , including blue-collar, mid-level, and leadership positions

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies

- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer rollouts

- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports

- Liaise with external vendors for bulk and specialized hiring requirements

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field

- Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Non-IT hiring :

- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred





- Proficient in using job portals, ATS systems, and MS Office tools

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
