JOB DESCRIPTION

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
- Understand manpower requirements and hiring needs from departments
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires

Key Skills Required :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HR policies and hiring processes
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Qualification & Experience :

- Graduate / Post Graduate (HR preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
