About the Role : Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) .
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS .
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign assets.
- Track conversions, analyze data, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements :

- 1-4 years of proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads .




- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics , Tag Manager , and ad tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
