Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Downhole Tool Technician to join our team. This entry‑level role is ideal for fresh STEM graduates who are eager to build a career in downhole tool maintenance, inspection, and servicing within the oilfield services domain.

The technician will work under strict supervision to perform maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of downhole tool electronics and drilling equipment, including Directional, M/LWD sensors, and other tool systems. The role may involve assembly/disassembly, calibration, preventive maintenance, and daily equipment checks to ensure operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance and inspection of downhole tool electronics and equipment used in Directional Drilling and M/LWD operations.
- Assist in assembly, disassembly,



calibration, and testing of downhole tools.
- Conduct daily inspections on drilling tools and systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or electronic components of downhole tools.
- Execute preventive maintenance activities and replace spare parts as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards while working with high‑precision equipment.

Qualifications : Requirements :

- Education: STEM Graduate :

- Experience : 0-2 years (Freshers welcome).

- Solid STEM fundamentals.

- Ability to learn hands‑on tool maintenance and follow structured processes.

- Work Location : Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410208
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 05:00pm
- Meals provided (Breakfast and Lunch)
- Company Pick up and drop from Kalyan and Kharghar Station.
