Key Responsibilities
- Design & Planning : Create, edit, and finalize conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Client Consultation : Meet with clients to define project briefs, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Project Management : Coordinate with contractors, structural engineers, and technicians to manage project timelines and quality.
- Site Management : Perform in office visits to inspect progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Documentation : Prepare feasibility studies, building plans, and structural specifications.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
