Maintenance Executive - Hotels & Serviced Apartments (CSN / Aurangabad)

Job Summary

The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance activities across serviced apartments and hotel units in CSN.

The role involves on-site troubleshooting, coordination with vendors, preventive maintenance, and ensuring all apartments are well-maintained, safe, and guest-ready at all times.

This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring technical knowledge, responsibility, and quick response to issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day maintenance issues including electrical, plumbing, AC, and basic carpentry

- Attend and resolve complaints from guests or operations team promptly

- Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for specialized repairs and servicing

- Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas

- Ensure all units are fully functional and guest-ready at all times

- Maintain and follow preventive maintenance schedules (AC servicing, plumbing checks, etc.)

- Monitor and maintain appliances, fittings, and utilities :

- Handle snag identification and rectification during move-in / move-out stages

- Maintain records of repairs, service visits, and maintenance logs :

- Ensure proper use of materials and control of maintenance costs

- Coordinate with Hotel Manager / Operations team for updates and priorities

Required Skills & Qualifications





- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred

- 3-6 years of experience in maintenance (hotel, serviced apartments, facilities, or residential properties)

- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and basic repair work :

- Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage in office work

- Basic communication skills in English and local language :

- Responsible, disciplined, and problem-solving mindset

- Ability to handle multiple sites / units if required
