Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end execution of corporate event production, including fabrication, AV coordination, branding installation, vendor management, logistics planning, and on-ground supervision. The role requires handling multiple events simultaneously, tight timelines, and night setups.

Key Responsibilities: Production Planning

- Study client brief and prepare detailed production requirement checklist.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) covering stage fabrication, LED screens, AV equipment, lighting, and branding.
- Create event production timelines, vendor schedules, and setup plans.
- Develop stage layouts, LED placements, branding zones, registration layouts, and stall setups.

Venue Recce & Technical Planning

- Conduct venue recce to assess stage feasibility, rigging points, loading access, ceiling heights, and electrical load.
- Plan trussing, cable routing, LED placement, stage dimensions, and AV positioning.
- Submit recce reports with technical feasibility and setup strategy.

Vendor Coordination

- Manage fabrication vendors for stage builds, backdrops, stalls, kiosks, and custom installations.
- Coordinate with AV vendors for LED walls, sound consoles, microphones, mixers, projectors, and lighting rigs.
- Handle branding vendors for flex printing, vinyl graphics, foam boards, standees, panels, and stage backdrops.
- Track vendor production timelines, dispatch schedules, and installation deadlines.

On-Ground Production Execution

- Supervise stage fabrication, LED wall installation, lighting rigging, sound system setup, and branding placement.
- Ensure correct installation of podiums, confidence monitors, microphones, and presentation systems.




- Conduct technical rehearsals including sound check, mic testing, and presentation runs.
- Manage production crew, riggers, carpenters, technicians, and labour teams during setup.

Event Operations

- Ensure all technical elements are tested and operational before event start.
- Coordinate with show caller, presenters, and AV technicians for cue execution.
- Troubleshoot technical or production issues during live events.

High Volume Event Management

- Handle multiple corporate events running simultaneously.
- Manage overnight setups, early morning setups, and tight production timelines.
- Ensure timely setup and quick turnaround between events.

Dismantling & Closure

- Supervise safe dismantling of stage structures, LED walls, lighting rigs, and branding installations.
- Ensure return of rented equipment and vendor material clearance.
- Prepare post-event production reports and vendor feedback.

Experience Required:

- 2-6 years of relevant experience in corporate event production / event operations.
- Experience handling large corporate setups, conferences, exhibitions, or brand events.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong knowledge of event fabrication and stage production
- Understanding of AV systems - LED walls, sound consoles, microphones, lighting rigs
- Vendor management and production supervision
- Ability to handle multiple events under tight timelines
- Comfortable with night setups and extended production hours

Preference: Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
