Key Responsibilities :

- Operate and monitor STP equipment such as pumps, blowers, clarifiers, and filters
- Maintain proper process parameters (pH, MLSS, DO, flow rate, etc.)
- Perform regular inspections of tanks, pipelines, and machinery
- Handle sludge management and disposal processes
- Record daily operational data and maintain logs
- Ensure compliance with pollution control norms (PCB guidelines)
- Conduct routine maintenance and coordinate with technicians for repairs
- Manage chemical dosing (chlorine, alum, polymers, etc.)
- Troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the plant area

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Diploma/ITI/B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Mechanical, or related field
- Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (like SBR, MBBR, ASP)




- Ability to handle mechanical and electrical equipment
- Understanding of safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting

Experience :

- 1-3 years experience in STP/ETP operation preferred
- Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply

Working Conditions :

- Shift-based job (day/night shifts)
- Work involves exposure to wastewater workplace and plant machinery

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Treated water quality compliance
- Equipment uptime and efficiency
- Accurate reporting and log maintenance
- Timely issue resolution

Pay: ₹10,704.01 - ₹15,000.00 per month
