Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Apple Mobile Repair Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing Apple devices such as iPhone , iPad , and other Apple products. The technician should have robust technical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in iPhone and iPad devices.
- Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and speakers .
- Troubleshoot software issues including iOS updates, system errors, and device performance problems related to iOS .
- Perform water damage repair and motherboard-level troubleshooting when required.
- Use professional tools to safely open and repair devices.
- Test devices after repair to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain proper records of repairs and spare parts used.




- Provide customers with basic guidance on device care and usage.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Apple device hardware and software .
- Experience with screen replacement, battery replacement, and motherboard repair .
- Ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Familiarity with microsoldering (preferred but optional) .
- Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications :

- Diploma/Certification in Mobile Repair or Electronics preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in Apple device repair or smartphone repair.
- Experience handling premium smartphone repairs is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
