Strategic Planning : Design and implement comprehensive 4 Different Maintenance Strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective) to minimize asset downtime. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership : Supervise, mentor, and evaluate maintenance technicians and specialized contractors
- Financial Oversight : Manage the department's operational budget, track repair expenses, and forecast parts/tool inventories. [1, 2]
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure all work adheres to strict regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA) to maintain an accident-free workplace
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with production or facility managers to schedule shutdowns and routine servicing without disrupting primary business operations. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
