Key Responsibilities :

1. Machine Maintenance & Repair
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial sewing machines such as:

- Single Needle Lockstitch
- Overlock
- Flatlock
- Bar-tack
- Maintain finishing equipment (steam irons, boilers, fusing machines, thread trimming machines).
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and repair promptly.
- Replace defective machine parts and components.

1. Installation & Setup

- Install and set up current sewing machines and attachments.
- Adjust machine settings according to fabric type and production requirements.
- Ensure machines are calibrated for optimal performance.

- Preventive Maintenance

- Conduct regular inspection and lubrication of machines.
- Maintain maintenance schedules and records.
- Identify potential issues before breakdown occurs.

- Production Support





- Provide on-floor support during production hours.
- Minimize machine downtime to maintain production targets.
- Train operators on basic machine handling and minor troubleshooting.

- Safety & Compliance

- Ensure all machines comply with safety standards.
- Follow company safety policies and maintenance SOPs.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
