Indeed Job Title : Tandoori Chef - Paneer Tikka & Tandoori Chaap Specialist (Veg & Non-Veg)

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes including:

- Tandoori Chaap (all varieties)
- Paneer Tikka
- Malai Tikka
- Afghani Chaap
- Haryali Tikka
- Veg & Non-Veg Kebabs
- Chicken Tikka
- Seekh Kebab
- Fish Tikka
- Tandoori Chicken
- Naan, Roti, Kulcha & Lachha Paratha

Prepare marinades and ensure authentic taste and consistency.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Manage the tandoor section independently during service hours.

Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.

Follow food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Requirements : ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tandoori Chef.

✔ Strong expertise in Tandoori Chaap and Paneer Tikka preparation .

✔ Experience handling both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tandoori sections.

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel kitchen.

✔ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
