- Ensure timely preparation and service of meals during operational hours
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and stewards for smooth workflow
- Support during peak hours and special meal requirements
- Follow standard recipes and instructions from supervisors
Hygiene & Food Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI guidelines)
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food
- Practice FIFO (First In First Out) and avoid cross-contamination
- Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
