Job Overview

Tiger Den Club and Resort , located near the beautiful Dudhwa National Park, is looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our hospitality team.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who can prepare high-quality meals, maintain kitchen hygiene, and deliver an excellent dining experience for our guests visiting the resort.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
- Ensure timely food preparation during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Store food items properly and monitor freshness
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Assist in inventory management and reduce food waste




- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Cook in a hotel, resort, or restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Culinary training or certification (preferred)
