Key Responsibilities

- Mise-en-place & Prep : Prepare, wash, chop, slice, and portion food ingredients for cooking.
- Cooking Assistance : Assist senior chefs with cooking, plating, and presenting dishes according to standards.




- Station Maintenance : Keep the assigned kitchen workstation clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Safety & Hygiene : Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures (HACCP) to avoid hazardous situations.
- Inventory Support : Assist in monitoring stock levels, restocking items, and managing waste.
- Operational Support : Attend daily briefings and assist in other sections if required.
