Sanitation & Hygiene : Monitor and maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, walls, and walk-in freezers while ensuring compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

- Staff Management : Supervise, train, and schedule dishwashers, pot washers, and cleaners while maintaining discipline, proper grooming, and performance standards.
- Equipment & Inventory Management : Manage inventory of kitchenware, cutlery, and china, ensuring proper washing, sanitizing, and protected storage.
- Cleaning Supplies Control : Organize and control cleaning chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper usage and storage.
- Operational Support : Coordinate with chefs and service staff to ensure timely availability of clean pots, pans, dishes, and equipment for banquet and restaurant operations.
- Waste Management : Oversee proper waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in garbage disposal areas.
- Maintenance : Monitor kitchen equipment and promptly report issues such as dishwashing machine malfunctions or other maintenance concerns.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
