Description We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, with the ability to identify and attract top talent in the IT industry.

Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide feedback to candidates and communicate effectively regarding the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, networking, and IT support.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
