We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing CRM implementation projects, specifically in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. The ideal candidate will have around 8-10 years of project management experience and deep expertise in delivering full lifecycle CRM solutions that align with business strategies and drive operational excellence. Lead and manage end-to-end CRM implementation projects primarily with Salesforce or Dynamics 365.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Develop comprehensive project plans covering resource allocation, risk management, budget control, and quality assurance.

Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee integration of CRM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Facilitate change management activities including user training, adoption strategies, and support mechanisms post-implementation.

Monitor project performance against milestones and KPIs, reporting status and escalating issues as necessary to senior leadership.





Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and project team members to enhance project delivery capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Approximately 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on CRM implementations using Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex CRM projects on time and within budget.

Deep knowledge of CRM configuration, customization, and integration best practices.

Certified Project Management Skilled (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with CRM-related cloud solutions and SaaS deployments.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).

Knowledge of API integrations, data migration strategies, and middleware tools.

Experience working in global or matrixed organizational structures.
