Role Description
We're not filling a role. We're handing someone a vertical. At LawSikho / SkillArbitrage, we're building something new — and we need one sharp, hungry sales leader to own it from Day 1.
Here's the deal (and yes, it's different):
You start as an Individual Contributor — prove the model, close deals, build the playbook
Hit 10L/month in revenue → you unlock your Team Leader title officially
You then hire, train & scale your own team of freshers

This isn't a lateral move. It's a founder-style prospect inside a fast-growing edtech company.
You're the right fit if you:
Have 1–2 years in sales leadership / team management
Are a proven closer — high-ticket, consultative, phone/video sales
Love building from scratch — scripts, processes, team rhythms
Can coach freshers the way you wish someone had coached you
Are fluent in English + Hindi and thrive in a high-feedback culture
