We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee documentation, attendance management, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Candidates should also have hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit, Keka HR, and AI tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve HR operational efficiency.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and selection coordination.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
Use Zoho Recruit to manage job openings, candidate profiles, resume screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment tracking.
Use Keka HR to manage employee records, attendance, leave tracking, onboarding, and other HR operations.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, employment certificates, and other HR-related documents.




Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
Leverage AI tools to streamline HR workflows, improve recruitment efficiency, assist with HR documentation, and automate routine administrative tasks where appropriate.
Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR operations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or general HR activities.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit and Keka HR is required.
- Practical experience using AI tools for recruitment, HR documentation, workflow optimization, and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR management tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, employee documentation, HR policies, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
