- Over 10 years of diverse experience in IT, including 5+ years in managerial roles with a strong focus on team leadership and operations management.- 3+ years of experience in apparel sourcing and retail supply chain environments is an advantage.- Proven track record in managing ERP and enterprise-class projects, with deep hands-on experience across the IT application lifecycle, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and test management processes.- Prior involvement in SQL, SSAS, SSIS and SSRS severs development, upgrades, and delivery is a robust asset.- Skilled in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with solid experience in Microsoft technologies.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with detail-oriented and strong multi-tasking capabilities.- Adept at building cross-functional and global relationships, with experience managing technical development teams of varying seniority levels, including remote team leadership.
