We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Associate to support our lead generation, campaign execution, and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, data-driven strategies, and creative storytelling. This role will provide hands-on exposure to running marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing databases, and contributing to conversion funnel optimization.

Generate leads through digital and offline channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Communities, YouTube Ads, and events.

Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure ROI-driven marketing outcomes.

Data & Funnel Management :

Manage and organize the database of potential clients and leads.

Track and maintain accurate lead data across CRM and marketing tools.

Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, brand positioning, and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling marketing content.

Stay updated with current marketing trends, AI tools, and creative best practices.

MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field (Freshers can apply).

Basic understanding of ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.

Strong knowledge or interest in AI-based creative and design tools (e.g., Canva, Midjourney, ChatGPT).

A smart, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for marketing innovation and problem-solving.

Bonus Skills (A Plus For Your Application)

Experience in marketing, campaign management, or related roles

Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and data analytics.





Experience in content creation or copywriting.
