WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Lead production planning and stores operations to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and on-time customer deliveries.

- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, optimize resource utilization, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to support business objectives.
- Preparation of daily machine-wise production plan in ERP system
- Release production orders and travel sheet to work centers as per schedules
- Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders
- Preparation of material requirement sheet according to the bill of material(BOM) & sharing on monthly basis to purchase.
- Analyze production and inventory metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost, and service levels.

University graduate (Mechanical, Automobile.)
- Previous experience of 8-10 Years in Production & Material Planning and Warehouse Management will be preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP SAP, BI systems
- Ability to understand production processes, cycle time, estimate product takt time, work to deadlines, and orientation towards problem-solving
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and results
- Able to communicate effectively with people from production, sales and back office levels.
