Project Manager
In this role, you will have the prospect to supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external resources and equipment technical specialists during on-site installation/construction activities related to the assigned discipline. Each day, you will ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirement.
Handle installation and commissioning activities in Paint shop.




Ensure compliance with Tier-1/OEM design standards and automotive manufacturing processes. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6-12 years of relevant experience in paint shop installation and commissioning within Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or line builder environments.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site installation, commissioning, and project execution activities while ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Ensure safe project execution through compliance with TBT, JSA, PTA, 5S, and other workplace safety requirements.
Act as the primary customer interface, managing project communication, progress reporting, issue escalation, and alignment of cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
