About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter I to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a major focus on bulk hiring for BPO and support roles across India.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and support roles across India.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment consultants.
Conduct initial screening, skill assessments, and interviews.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from screening to joining.
Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for sourcing, selection, offers,



and joining.
Coordinate with internal teams and external recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring requirements.
Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure timely documentation and salary fitment as per company guidelines.
Required Skills
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
Ability to work with targets and meet hiring deadlines.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
Valuable coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
