Field Service Engineer position supporting Cepheid GeneXpert diagnostic products across Pune and SAARC regions. Responsibilities include field support, customer training, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance while managing service revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide field service support for GeneXpert product line across assigned territory

Install instrumentation and conduct customer training in coordination with Application team

Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and software issues

Document product reliability, maintenance issues, and design problems for technical support escalation

Manage spare parts inventory and maintain service records for compliance and audit purposes

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related Engineering discipline
- 0–2 years field service experience
- Medical Diagnostics products experience
- Advanced troubleshooting and systematic problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO requirements
- English and local language proficiency
- Ability to travel 75% and lift equipment up to 20 kg
