Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Data Migration Manager to lead a team within our Data Services organization. This role is responsible for the people leadership, delivery oversight, and client-facing communication needed to ensure that customer data migrations from competitor and legacy systems into Applied Systems SaaS products are executed seamlessly, on time, and with a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.What You'll Do : - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Migration Engineers, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting career growth.- Own team performance management, including workload planning, capacity and resourcing decisions, and day-to-day people management.- Attend customer meetings during US business hours, serving as the primary point of contact for customers.- Understand each assigned migration project end to end, translating customer requirements into clear direction for the team.- Work closely with the US-based Relationship Manager, aligning on project status, customer sentiment, risks,



and priorities.- Oversee assigned migration projects at a program level, tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.- Act as an escalation point for complex, sensitive, or at-risk migrations.- Support and reinforce the global Follow the Sun delivery model, including night shift hours.What You'll Need to Succeed : - Proven experience managing, leading, or mentoring a technical team within a services, IT, or software delivery setting.- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage expectations with US-based clients.- Working knowledge of data migration, ETL, or database concepts (SQL fundamentals) sufficient to guide a technical team.- Willingness and ability to work a night shift schedule to support the global Follow the Sun delivery model.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.EEO Statement : - Applied Systems is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
