Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day US accounting and bookkeeping operations.
Manage HOA (Homeowners Association) and US Property Accounting.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare P&L; statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
Handle month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records.
Work on QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other accounting software.
Coordinate directly with US clients to address accounting queries and provide regular updates.
Key Requirements
Solid knowledge of US accounting principles.
Experience or understanding of HOA and US Property Accounting (optional)
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (optional)
Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate: Someone with strong accounting fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage US client accounts.
