Role : Curam Business AnalystWho are we looking for? :- Seasoned Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience, including more than 5 years of hands-on expertise as a Curam SPM Business Analyst delivering solutions for public sector and social welfare programs.- Proven ability in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, Agile project delivery, stakeholder engagement, functional design, testing support, and converting complex business needs into practical and scalable solutions.Technical Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with Curam Social Program Management (SPM) platform.- Extensive experience in Curam business analysis, solution design, development lifecycle support, architecture discussions, systems integration, production support, and project delivery.- Strong understanding of Curam modules, business processes, citizen services, eligibility and entitlement management, case management, and evidence management.- Experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis and mapping business requirements to standard Curam capabilities.- Experience of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Protected.- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and business validation testing activities.- Good understanding of API integrations, external system interfaces, and data exchange concepts.- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows,



and acceptance criteria.- Good to have exposure to UK legislative rules, welfare programs, benefits administration, and social services domain processes.Process Skills :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement discovery sessions to identify business needs.- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and developers throughout the solution lifecycle.- Provide production support analysis and assist in incident investigation and resolution when required.Behavioral Skills :- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams across multiple workstreams.- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.- Strong documentation and written communication skills.- Proactive and customer-focused approach.Certification :- IBM Curam Certified Business Analyst (Mandatory).- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is desirable.- Agile Business Analyst or SAFe certification is preferred.
