IRP Systems is seeking a dedicated Purchase Officer to manage and oversee our procurement processes. Source and qualify potential suppliers for Mechanical components, Fixtures, tools & equipment.

- Independently can-do ABC & Should costing of Mechanical parts – PDC, Machining, Injection moulding & Die/Mould costing
- Proven track record of cost savings in PDC, Machining & Injection moulding categories
- Ensure all procurement documentation is accurately maintained in ERP system.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure supplier quality and compliance with specifications.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; Manage import/export processes for local and international procurement, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and optimizing logistics efficiency.

Source and qualify potential suppliers for Mechanical components & Knowledge of electronic components, tools, and equipment.

- Place timely purchase orders to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Continuous monitoring and coordination of purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is accurately maintained in ERP system.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure supplier quality and compliance with specifications.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; Drive cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain
- Manage import/export processes for local and international procurement, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and optimizing logistics efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Tool & die engineering - 6~7 years of experience in sourcing and procurement in OEM/Auto tier-1 companies

- Handon on - Excel & PowerPoint, AI tools
- Fluency in English.
