Responsibilities

- Understand prospective learners’ goals, interests, and background through structured conversations.
- Provide accurate guidance on relevant programs, learning pathways, and enrollment options.
- Manage leads across calls, messages, and follow-ups while maintaining a clear and timely pipeline.
- Build trust with prospects, address objections, and support them through the decision-making process.
- Achieve individual and team enrollment targets while maintaining a high standard of learner experience.
- Update CRM records consistently and share insights on lead quality,



conversion trends, and recurring learner questions.

Requirements

- Experience in inside sales, admissions counselling, academic counselling, or a related customer-facing function is preferred.
- Strong communication, active listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working with targets, structured follow-ups, and performance metrics.
- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally to learners and their families.
- Interest in the EdTech industry and a genuine orientation toward helping customers make informed choices.

This is a full time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, offering an annual salary of ₹4,00,000 to ₹5,00,000, with incentives of up to ₹3,00,000.
