As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly competent Meta Ads Specialist to lead campaign execution and deliver measurable business outcomes across our client portfolio.

Develop, execute, and optimize Meta advertising strategies aligned with client acquisition objectives.

Independently manage multiple advertising accounts, budgets, and campaign lifecycles.

Plan and execute high-performance lead generation and conversion campaigns.

Conduct comprehensive audience research, competitive analysis, and market assessments.

Design structured A/B testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, messaging, and campaign strategies.

Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, including CPL, cost per qualified appointment, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates, as applicable.

Collaborate with creative, appointment-setting, and client success teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Develop comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

Take end-to-end ownership of campaign performance, execution quality, and continuous improvement.





Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.

Demonstrated success in lead generation, customer acquisition, and performance optimization.

Strong understanding of campaign architecture, conversion tracking, attribution, audience segmentation, and creative testing.

Experience managing multiple client accounts and advertising budgets.

Ability to independently develop and execute performance marketing strategies.

Experience managing campaigns for education, professional training, service-based businesses, or B2B organizations.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead management systems, and marketing automation.

Experience optimizing campaigns based on lead quality, appointment attendance, and actual customer acquisition.
