We run a complex, tightly integrated tech stack centered on NetSuite, with tools covering billing operations, AP automation, expense management, payroll integrations, and close management.What You Will Do : NetSuite Administration & Daily Operations : - Serve as one of the NetSuite administrators managing user roles, permissions, saved searches, custom fields, workflows, and configurations.- Handle user escalations, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with ecosystem vendors.- Maintain data integrity across subsidiaries and legal entities.- Document system configurations, processes, and runbooks.Accounts Payable & Accounting Operations : - Own the NetSuite-side of the full AP cycle, including vendor bill capture, GL structure, approval workflows, and payment runs.- Support the AP team on exception handling and process design.- Collaborate with the accounting team on journal entries, intercompany workflows, and reconciliation processes.Integrations & Data Flows : - Own and maintain existing integrations built on Celigo, including Salesforce-to-NetSuite flows.- Design, build,



and test new Celigo integration flows as the business scales.Systems Governance & Evaluation : - Establish lightweight governance for add-on tools to ensure effective integration.- Act as liaison with vendors and consultants; evaluate ROI on system investments.- Define and maintain a systems roadmap supporting IPO readiness.Cross-Functional Partnership : - Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A;, IT, and Procurement to improve system functionality.- Serve as a communication link between business users and technical stakeholders.- Train global users on systems and recent features.What We Are Looking For : - 3 - 5 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite administration.- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- In-depth knowledge of AP processes, procure-to-pay cycles, and month-end/year-end close procedures.- Experience managing NetSuite in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.- Experience with the iPaaS integration platform Celigo strongly preferred.- Ability to design, document, and maintain integration data flows and GL mapping logic.Strongly Preferred : - Hands-on experience with Zone&Co; products : ZoneBilling, ZoneReconcile, Zone Capture.- Experience implementing or administering Ramp, Expensify, Navan, or similar spend management platforms.- Oracle NetSuite Suite Foundation or Administrator certification.
