Shift Timing:
Night Shift (6 pm – 3 am IST) – ONSITE
Monday – Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off)
Responsible for helping to fill the pipeline of potential leads by connecting with people on LinkedIn or through other means, and adding them into our CRM.
Managing communications with leads via Drip Marketing,



Mass Mail and LinkedIn connections.
Help develop new content for drip marketing campaigns, build drip marketing campaigns and manage responses as they come in, moving them through the sales pipeline.
Building relationships with people through LinkedIn.
Play central role in closing engagements, working with delivery team to ensure go live dates and strong initial performance.
Help manage reporting of existing team performance, providing critical and timely data to management to facilitate action requirements to improve performance.

Excellent client relationship development skills.
Solution sales experience.
Experience in Cold Calling, Outgoing & Energetic, Positive Listening Skills, Multi-Tasking Ability.
