You will lead and manage integrated project management solutions end to end : solution design, configuration, integration and client-facing delivery.Job Snapshot : Experience : 5 - 12 yearsEmployment : Full time, permanentPayroll : Value Innovation LabsClient : A leading global enterprise clientCompensation : based on experience and skillsWork mode : HybridLocations : Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, KolkataNotice period : Immediate to 30 days preferred (up to 60 days considered for strong profiles)Openings : 5Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage Primavera Unifier implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.- Design and build business processes, workflows, reports and dashboards within Unifier.- Oversee system configuration, customization and integration with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.- Build and maintain complex SQL queries and custom reports using BI Publisher and other reporting tools.- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, business blueprint workshops and UAT.- Manage data migration, ensuring accurate transfer of legacy data into Primavera Unifier.- Collaborate with project managers, developers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Ensure compliance with industry best practices,



regulatory standards and data security protocols.- Prepare technical documentation : architecture diagrams, user guides and system specifications.- Conduct end-user training and create user manuals.- Provide post-implementation support and monitor application health.- Work with Oracle Support and hosting providers to resolve issues and optimize performance.- Drive performance testing and defect analysis for high system reliability.- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.- Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise in client engagements and proposals.- Drive continuous improvement of system performance and user experience.Desired Candidate Profile : - 5 - 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier (mandatory).- Strong experience in end-to-end Unifier implementation, configuration and customization.- Good command of SQL and BI Publisher reporting.- Experience in integrations and data migration.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Good to have : capital projects, construction, EPC or infrastructure experience.- Good to have : Primavera P6 or Oracle Cloud exposure.- Good to have : Oracle Primavera certifications.Why Apply : - Permanent role on Value Innovation Labs payroll with a marquee enterprise client.- Hybrid work mode, with openings across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and other metros.- Technical leadership, client-facing exposure and pre-sales involvement.- Fast hiring process with quick feedback.
